Refund policy
We have a 7-day product exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a product exchange.
We agree to exchange your product for the same product or apply an in-store credit to your account with our Love It Guarantee!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged/returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns/exchanges for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us for a replacement product or product credit, and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
SERVICES
Our services for E-Commerce, Custom Labeling, Formulation et., are covered under a service and performance agreement. We ABSOLUTELY DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON THESE SERVICES! If at anytime you are unsatisfied with example: Shopify store design-we will offer a 1 time revision. For Label, Logo, and Color Theme Design we work directly with you through either Google Meet or Zoom. Once, we have an agreed upon line of design we offer up to (2) updates. We have many clients and our time has a value just as does our client. We place value in that! Therefore, mutual collaboration is REQUIRED! Again NO REFUNDS are offered on these services. We are happy to offer another design team member if our clients feel that the design is not going as planned.
Our Performance and Service agreement clearly states that in the event a client is unsatisfied we will do our best to rectify. In the unlikely event of a dispute Arbitration and/or Mediation is the only allowable means of resolution.
We protect all parties through the Performance and Service Agreement and REQUIRED NDA/MNDA. At NO TIME are our clients authorized to reach out directly to our existing clients, manufacturers, or platform partners without the written expressed consent from Solikka Brand Management.
