It delivers 500 mg potassium as potassium citrate (11% DV), 300 mg chloride, 195 mg sodium from pink Himalayan salt and sodium chloride, 140 mg magnesium from Aquamin Mg™ Soluble and magnesium citrate (33% DV), 50 mg calcium as calcium citrate, 8 mg zinc, and 0.4 mg manganese. The potassium is the standout.
